Since the Kalen DeBoer-led Alabama Crimson Tide has offered Lamar ‘Bo’ Jackson the scholarship to join them at Tuscaloosa, the running back is brimming with gratitude. As he has been tasked with the responsibility of carrying forward his name’s legacy, the running back seems to be doing everything right as he gears up for his first spring game as a Bama player.

With the preparations in full swing, Bo Jackson spent a day at Alabama, learning more about the Crimson Tide and coach Kalen DeBoer’s ways while expressing his gratitude for the team. “Great day with @KalenDeBoer and @AlabamaFTBL Thanks for everything @BAMACoachG,” Jackson posted

Ohio’s rising star landing a spot in one of the top rosters in CFB will prove to be a golden opportunity for him, all thanks to the skills he has promised as an up-and-coming star. The scholarship that Alabama offered to the CB was passed after careful consideration from head coach Kalen DeBoer and Colin Hitscher. Jackson confirmed the news through his X handle on Wednesday. “After a great conversation with @BAMACoachG I am very blessed and humbled to say I have been offered by @AlabamaFTBL Thank you @CoachHitsch @KalenDeBoer @VASJFootball,” Jackson posted on X.

This chance with Alabama will give Bo Jackson the platform to carve out his legacy as fine as the legendary ‘Bo Jackson.’ Alabama didn’t get much chance to draft the iconic Bo Jackson back in 1982 from McAdory High School. But Kalen DeBoer was not about to miss out on another generational talent called Bo Jackson. However, with a good flow of talent going out of Tuscaloosa this draft season, coach Kalen DeBoer would surely capitalize on the talent Bo Jackson brings in.
