It has been a rough few days for the Denver Broncos. Sean Payton’s squad has lost prized possessions like Russell Wilson owing to the complexities of salary cap and Justin Simmons and Jerry Juddy have also made their way out of Denver. Be that as it may, with the rebuild, what better place to look for the best players other than Deion Sanders’ Colorado Buffaloes?

Buffaloes Wire’s Jack Carlough confirmed that “The Denver Broncos are finally committing to a full-on rebuild”. With the Buffaloes revamping themselves both mentally and physically for the upcoming Spring season, the Broncos have laid their eyes on the squad for some best picks. The name that shines most brightly is that of Shedeur Sanders. As per the reports, the quarterback sensation expressed his willingness to play for his “hometown” team. With impressive stats from last year including a 63% percent completion rate, Broncos fans are rallying behind the slogan “Tank for Shedeur”.

However, Shedeur’s move into the Denver squad depends on certain possibilities as given a run down by Carlough, “If they do earn a high pick in the 2025 NFL draft, current Colorado football quarterback Shedeur Sanders could be available for Denver. The Broncos have the 12th overall pick in this year’s draft and if they don’t select a QB, Sanders becomes an attractive option in 2025”. The prospects of Shedeur in Broncos seem to be enormous.

Bright future beckons for Shedeur in Broncos

Even though the Denver Broncos CEO Greg Penner made a significant move by opting to invest in Wilson as he joins the Pittsburgh Steelers, one name continues to resonate- Shedeur Sanders. Coach Prime’s son has captivated the hearts of NFL scouts and fans alike. Darrell Colbert Jr., who had been Shedeur Sanders’ personal quarterback coach, sings in his praise and even labels him as a “generational talent” who is destined to reach the top professional ranks.

Colbert Jr. further added, “I think it’s a no-brainer that he’ll be a top-five (draft) guy or a top-three guy, just based on what team has what (at quarterback).” Leading the Buffaloes to three more wins over the previous season, the quarterback continues to hone his craft. Besides, being able to amass almost 100 touchdowns, Shedeur possesses the ability to learn different systems that will align with the new strategy of the Broncos, now that they are in the rebuilding phase that made the QB coach predict the future, “You just look at him, I think he’ll be 10 times better (this fall).”

Since Shedeur Sanders is known for this constant urge to challenge and improve himself while at the same time maintaining a humble attitude, according to the coach he will be the right fit for the Broncos. Being able to mold himself according to what the situation demands makes Shedeur “10 times better”.
