PERFECTION is the other name for Deion Sanders. In the Colorado Buffaloes camp, it is something that Coach Prime is very particular about right from the beginning. As captured by Well Off Media, the kids are taking baby steps on the gridiron. On their new journey, they have got none other than Coach Prime by their side.

Every now and then, Sanders’ alter ego comes into play as he keeps on pouring his magical vocal tonic into the kids’ ears. The kids are probably going to remember these times as the best days of their athletic careers to have found Coach Prime as their first gridiron mentor.

Coach Prime is on a mission to instill grit within the next-gen Buffs

Now that after the current set of players, the next-gen will be taking the helm. Taking some time off from training the Buffs roster, the Buffs HC thought it to be wise to keep them grinding from now itself. Even though the Well Off Media YouTube video comes with a compromised audio quality, it can be comprehended from Deion’s moves what he is trying to instill within the young champs. While the picturesque Boulder setting lies in the background, Coach Prime is seen busy in hands-on teaching. Wrapping his arm around a kid’s shoulder, Sanders chants some pep talks, “When you get older, you go outside you have to swing if you want to excel”.

To make the little ones feel less scared and more like one team, Deion Sanders himself pounced into action. Across the white lines on the gridiron, he guides how to materialize the strategies on the field, “Right here. No full speed”. Well, whenever his alter ego is donning, he will always look for perfection. Deion Sanders once commented on how he made his alter ego an epitome of perfection – Prime is that alter ego…I created this character in my dormitory room in Florida State. And I just fed him and fed him and fed him and fed him and perfected him.”

The Hall of Fame father also ensures to instill the fight for perfection in the upbringing of his kids as Shedeur Sanders confessed, “He taught me how the world works, really.”

Deion Sanders’ tip for his own kid

With Father’s Day around the corner, Shedeur Sanders shared how Deion had a lasting impact on his children. As the Buffs QB confessed, his father is the one person to whom he runs with any questions, “Being his son, and him being there for me, to be able to ask any question to him.” Among the answers, one thing happened to be present all throughout that is perfection. But mind you, Deion Sanders prioritizes longevity while in the race to be perfect.

As pointed out by Shedeur, “You want to have longevity in life. You don’t want to just be hot right now. You want to be able to have things going long-term in life.” Hence, the only key to perfection is hard work as Coach Prime does not believe in shortcuts.

As Deion shapes the next generation he ensures to instill values within Shedeur so that the kids can relate to his journey and look up to him. In that case, is Deion Sanders paving the way for Shedeur after he has done with his role as a QB?
