Deion Sanders, the coach for the Colorado Buffaloes, recently thanked the fans for their consistent support for the team in a comment. The 56-year-old coach has been a fan favorite throughout the entirety of the 2023 season. Even though the Buffs didn’t see a lot of success with their record of 4-8, the team managed to capture the hearts of college football fans all over, and Deion acknowledged that in his latest comment.

The Colorado Buffaloes have seen a massive upturn in their sales ever since Deion’s signing with the team on a 5-year contract this season. With each sold-out game, the Buffs drew in an astounding amount of $17 million to the university’s economy, which was unlike anything the program had seen ever before. It’s evident that Coach Prime’s personality and his resilience for the team played a major part in drawing in fans nationally, and finally, he thanked them for their undying love for the team despite their challenges this season.

Deion Sanders took to Instagram to reply to a comment under a post that ranked the most-watched college football teams and expressed his gratitude for the fans. The Colorado Buffaloes have seen a drastic overturn in ticket sales and revenue ever since the arrival of Coach Prime, and the recent stats prove that.

Deion wrote in the comments, “Buffs fans, supporters, alumni, and haters, I personally thank you on behalf of BUFF-NATION! 😂😂😂😂😂😂”😂😂” He later added another comment and w”God is😂😂GOD IS GOOD! Wow“. The Colorado Buffaloes rank in the number 3 position with over 6 million viewers and standing behind Alabama and Ohio. Thus, the viewers’ record is yet another accolade that Coach Prime will have under his belt as the team prepares for next season. Coach Prime scolds his players for using their phones after their win and scares them straight

Deion is finally getting the recognition he deserves for his time with the Colorado Buffaloes. Before this, he was the HC for the Jacksonville Jaguars before transferring this year. While he is known to be a man who can be positive in the toughest of situations, he lost his temper when the Jacksonville players were all glued to their phones following a win. His mentality behind the meltdown was that the players should rather be in the moment and congratulate each other than post and check out photos on their phones.

Deion angrily said, “What is so important that you need to check your phone before the most important thing in your life? This is your moment; stay here locked in, living it. This is the only thing going on for you that can rescue your family. So lock it in.” He later walked away from the room, but it was apparent that the tensions in the locker room could be cut through by a knife. Deion will be preparing the Buffaloes for the oncoming season, and with this newest viewership achievement, he can only be more motivated to perform better than this year.
