Deion Sanders Reflects on Nick Saban’s Retirement Aftershock as Colorado Finds Comfort in Alabama’s Pain

In a candid conversation with Robert Griffin III on his show “RGIII and The Ones”, Colorado head coach, Deion Sanders, made an appearance. Coach Prime provided his insight on the news that recently shocked the sports world. That is Nick Saban’s retirement from Alabama. Followed by which, the Hall of Famer and football savant, Sanders, contended that Saban’s departure has not been a hasty move but rather a calculated response to the intricate challenges posed by the ever-evolving landscape of college football. 

Sanders went on to explain how the new landscape of college football has made it hard for coaches to go about their usual job.

In the interview, Robert Griffin III, the anchor, inquired whether it seemed that the coach’s own people had abandoned him. To this, Sanders came with a quick reply, “Coach Saban, the GOAT, he is so powerful and so strong that he affected three programs. He’s affected Alabama by leaving, he’s affected Washington by that guy leaving, he’s affected Arizona by that guy leaving”

With the head coach cutting ties with Alabama, former- Washington coach, Kalen DeBoer has been signed. Eventually, reportedly the Washingtons have now signed the former coach of Arizona, Jedd Fisch as their new coach.
