Coach Jason Brown is back at it again. The Colorado Buffaloes HC yet again finds himself in a negative light as Coach JB comes up with yet another brutal jab. This time it is Deion Sanders’ coaching abilities that have come under his radar. In the latest episode of his YouTube podcast, “The Coach JB Show with Big Smitty”, Coach JB delved into his unpopular opinion of guest and political influencer, Alex Stein.

In this episode, the Colorado Buffaloes’ unsatisfactory performance exposed Deion Sanders to criticism. Meanwhile, this conversation spills another rumor hinting at Coach Prime changing his address from Boulder to Dallas.

While fans go gaga over Deion Sanders as Coach Prime, Coach JB seems to be out of this Buffs HC fandom. In conversation with Stein, Brown claimed, “He hasn’t proven to be a coach yet… I think Alex as what we’re talking about Deion like everybody out there that’s casual fan. They already anointed him as a coach when he really didn’t even coach”.

He continues with his commentary, “Let’s be honest if people come in with “he coached a youth football, he coached his son in Dallas”, shut the f*ck up. No. He hasn’t. He was coaching on NFL Network as an announcer”. Going by last season’s performance by the Buffaloes, it is true that Deion Sanders’ position as a coach left fans to question his capabilities. Even the game that was believed to be the cakewalk for the Buffs squad resulted in a heartbreaking 46-43 loss resulting in the third consecutive loss in the new coach’s tenure. As Sanders’ coaching style comes under the microscope, some have proposed that Prime take over the Pokes’ lead headset in Cowboys.

Sanders’ justification for not stepping foot in the NFL

As Sanders made an appearance on Robert Griffin III’s podcast he turned down any possibility of him making his way out of Boulder. The Buffs HC has been vocal about his lack of NFL desires. It has been only one year since he climbed the coaching totem pole as he landed a Power Five coaching job. On the podcast, Sanders revealed, “I’m good. I would never coach pros. You played with guys that were getting a handsome check that didn’t want to play. How am I going to handle that as a coach?”

Coach Prime placed college football at a higher level than the NFL, “Here [in college], I can regulate that. At the next level, come on, man. These cats don’t even want to practice no more.” As a justification for the fact, it is that the Buffs HC is cutthroat in his coaching style which might not work in favor of pro football players.

Even though Deion Sanders’ illustrious career included five years with the Cowboys between 1995 and 1999, he will opt out of the chance of making a comeback to Big D. It is now to be seen how he defends himself against the allegations brought up against him by Jason Brown.
