Sanders’ frustration turns to motivation

Midway into the YouTube video, posted on the Well Off Media channel, Coach Prime was directing a passionate question to the Buffaloes, “Can y’all speak, encourage each other, motivate each other, inspire each other because do y’all see the energy on this side?” With this, Coach Prime shed light on one of the most crucial aspects of team dynamics- unity. He further highlighted the absence of the vital element, stating, “y’all are getting your work done but it’s no camaraderie”.

The frustration in Sanders’ voice served as a catalyst for change. Pumped up by the pulsating environment created by his speech, the Buffaloes conglomerated to celebrate their unity. In response to this, the players came together for a team cheer, as one of them led by echoing, “Family of 1,2, 3” symbolizing unity. In the opening part of the session, Coach Prime encouraged the players to strive for excellence, leaving no room for complacency, and motivated them to step outside their comfort zone.
