The journey of motherhood as much as it is special comes with a lot of challenges. Deion Sanders’ daughter Deiondra Sanders is expecting her first child with her rapper boyfriend Jacquees.

But it is not as easy as it may sound, as Deiondra has gone for the pregnancy carrying all the physical complications that she might face. On this journey of hers, even though she did receive support, there have been instances where she and her mother, Carolyn Chambers walked on different paths.

Now that Deiondra and her rapper boyfriend have arrived at a very important chapter of their pregnancy journey with the gender reveal to happen soon, Coach Jessee finds it to be an ideal time to know about her feelings. It has been known from the beginning that Deiondra is going to have a difficult pregnancy since she has already been battling seven fibroids. Yet she still gladly chose to move forward with her journey of becoming a mother. However, this did not go well with Deiondra’s own mother. In the Instagram reel, Coach Prime’s daughter revealed, “I told my mom the stuff I want..I don’t know if she is with it…I am on my research of the birth plan..but I think this is what my mom won’t be expecting, might be a little upset.”

Deiondra’s journey pays tribute to high-risk moms

Deion Sanders’ daughter takes her fans along with her through her pregnancy journey by sharing important updates on Instagram. On May 10th, Deiondra shared a post informing her fans about her cerclage procedure. Posting a series of pictures bed-ridden in a hospital cabin, the caption of the post read, “I got my cerclage today! Everything went good just a little sore…resting and taking it easy the next few days.” 

The cerclage procedure is complicated as it involves the surgical implantation of a special stitch or band around a pregnant woman’s cervix. It is taken as a preventive measure from miscarriages or premature birth. Deiondra is already prone to such possibilities as to conceive she already had four myomectomy surgeries and has been on birth control for all these years. This journey has not been solely for herself as it has been Deiondra’s fight for all the high-risk moms.   

While Deiondra derives strength from how far she has come in her pregnancy journey, all that she now focuses is on the gender reveal that is scheduled for May 18, Saturday. Till now Deion Sanders claimed that he is too young to become a grandfather, it is now to be seen how Grandpa Prime reacts to the big reveal.
