However, the decision also depends on the roster needs of the respective teams, and their preferences, of course.

Per the Michigan Wolverines reporter, McCarthy is set to announce his choice tomorrow! While the teams still being open to changes in their draft prospects, the one winning the JJ McCarthy race would be (possibly) finalized by tomorrow.

Among the 6 NFL Giants, the Chicago Bears have to go first in making their pick, and several reports have shown the team leaning towards picking a QB. But several reports suggest that they might go for the bulkier ones like Drake Maye or Caleb Williams. Speaking of the Patriots, because of the inconsistent coaching, Jones is not looking as promising. With them having the third pick, they are expected to make a tough choice between McCarthy and Mac Jones. Even the Raiders are expected to choose JJ McCarthy as their 7th-round pick, per Raiders.com. Well, ESPN’s Mei Kiper is ready with his prediction on McCarthy’s situation. Per Keiper, the QB is likely projected to be Broncos as the No.12 Overall pick. Moreover, McCarthy was the No. 16 Seahawks pick on Kiper’s previous mock draft. It might seem too soon for the fans, but the reason for the haste might be something else.
