Jimbo Fisher bid his adieu to the Texas A&M on Sunday morning, ending his almost sixth season with the team. Even though the termination cost an extra $19.4 million as per their extended 10-year contract with their former coach signed in 2021, the director of athletics Ross Bjork and Co. did seem eager enough to get their hands off him.

However, the lucrative vacant spot is something that athletes across the nation are setting their eyes upon. Only the best are rumored to join the organization after getting a display of the expectations by the Texas authorities. Well, another thing that most of the nation agrees on is Coach Prime Deion Sanders is a perfect fit for the organization.

Stephen A Smith on Deion Sanders

The guy who is known for not holding back on his criticism of the Cowboys does not hold back on his criticism of any team, for that matter. Stephen A Smith was not pleased with Colorado’s performance lately. It is safe to say no one was, including Coach Prime. Yet, the only difference was Smith calling Colorado a ‘disgrace’. However, after the Texas deal and speculations roaming around in the conference, A. Smith is back with his roulette of opinions, this time opining on Deion Sanders’s suitability for the freshly vacant spot at Texas A&M.

“That’s what I’ve been saying, Deion Sanders in the SEC,” asserted Stephen A. Smith. “With that vault that they have available to them. Them hogs that he could recruit. He doesn’t have them at Colorado, and he ain’t going to get them.” With all the rumors roaming around the sidelines of the field, Deion Sanders might give a second thought about his position at Colorado for once. At least that’s what Stephen A. Smith wants.

“I don’t think they’ll do it. Texas A&M. Primetime, Deion Sanders in the SEC? That needs to happen.” Well, it will only be Coach Prime at the end of the day who will have the prime say in it. Along with that, Stephen A Smith is not the only one who wants Deion Sanders with another team.
