Jones had one complaint from Harrison Jr: his absence from the Ohio State University Pro Day. “Where is the competitive nature?” Jones asked upfront. On Wednesday, Marvin Harrison Jr. limited himself to the sidelines at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. The WR had a perfect opportunity to secure the fascination of the scouting coaches of the top seeds in the league. The LSU WR set records on Wednesday in the Charles McClendon Practice Facility since he decided to hit the sidelines in the NFL Combine. A 40-yard dash in 4.38 seconds, which would have tied for the fifth-best in the Combine, a 10’9″ broad jump, which could have been the sixth-best in the Combine. The best among it all was his blazing 42″ in vertical jump, which would have tied third-best at Combine among WRs. Did it push Nabers ahead of Harrison Jr?

Is Malik Nabers likely to get ahead of Marvin Harrison Jr?

Both of the WRs come in with their set of strengths and limitations. Harrison Jr. takes pride in his ability to effectively utilize his size and route-running skills during games. And that’s not all. Harrison Jr. also comes in with his famed bloodline and, of course, the highlight reel grabs.

Nabers, on the other hand, blitzed in with his explosive, lightning-fast burst, paired with his agility and accuracy after the catch. Add his Pro Day scores to this, and you’ll have the perfect resume that any of the franchises with top 10 picks would place a bet on.
