After all this, Shedeur Sanders had high hopes from EA Sports, the makers of Madden, who are progressing to make another thrilling college football game. JJ McCarthy beats Shedeur Sanders and Co.

As if defeating all the other teams in the National Championship race was not enough, JJ McCarthy beat one of the leading QBs in terms of NIL valuation to the cover of ES Sports ‘NCAA Football 2024’. The National Championship trophy surely helped, but that was not the sole reason. Per a poll taken on X by Blue Blood Bias, JJ McCarthy recorded 46.5% of the votes among 3000 voters.

Along with the National Championship, McCarthy’s on-gridiron talent is no secret. The projected 1st round pick for the upcoming NFL draft 2024 is a popular face among Michigan fans. With the Wolverines being one of the most followed teams in college football in all of America, it just makes ‘more sense’, per Blue Blood Bias to make their student-athlete their cover athlete.

Not to mention Denard Robinson, the ten Michigan QB being the cover athlete of the last college football game released by the organization about 10 years ago. Hence, Michigan’s QB shining on the cover of the video game again ‘would only make sense’. On the other hand, EA Sports has yet to announce any official final choice.

When can Sheduer Sanders and JJ McCarthy expect the news?

Just like both the QBs, Shedeur Sanders and JJ McCarthy, fans eagerly await official information from the organizers. Rumors were circulating of EA Sports releasing some vital information, maybe even a trailer ahead of the National Championship. However, to the dismay of football fanatics, the news was a flake.
