EA Sports College Football 25 is about to get a lot more stylish! Wondering how? Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders’ watch flex will now be featured in the video game because even virtual football needs some swag.

The anticipation for this much-awaited video game, now with Shedeur’s $70,000 swag, is enough for the Buffs fans to lose their mind. The Buffs QB, too, is deeply touched because the celebration will be exclusive to Colorado players in the game. On July 10, Deion Sanders’ son shared his thoughts about this initiative on the Big 12 Media Days in Las Vegas.

What a pleasant surprise for the Buffs fam! EA Sports has dropped a surprise to honor the Buffs QB sensation, his talents, and his star power among the fans. Among the most talked-about elements, the “Colorado only” celebration with Shedeur’s iconic watch flex stands out.

Thrilled to make a long-lasting impact with this move, the QB shared his views at Big 12 Media Days with reporters: As it should, as Colorado should, we created it, so why would it be accessible for everybody? So that’s a perk of playing with Colorado, you’re able to be able to show the ice. You’re able to put the wrist up.”

YouTuber Dom gave a shoutout to Deion’s son for being the ultimate inspiration, “Shedeur Sanders is so good in this game bro, i’ve already flexed my watch 12 times and it’s not even kickoff.”

Not only football, but the watch flex has also entered other sports. At Las Vegas, Shedeur was joined by WWE icons Bron Breaker and Big E at the Allegiant Stadium to recreate the pose. The QB and his unique celebration of victory left him flattered by Skip Bayless’ comment. On his show Undisputed, the host said, “Shedeur plays with a swagger we don’t see QBs play with. He has his father’s charisma and confidence level.” Here is how the fans are going gaga.

Shedeur’s watch flex inclusion in EA Sports CFB 25 draws mixed reactions from fans

The EA Sports CFB 25 will be officially released on July 19, but the fans have already chosen their players. A fan has been fortunate enough to buy a free pack with Shedeur. This was enough for him to flaunt, “Happy I got him for free lol.” Even though it was a big win for the Buffaloes, it did not gel with one fan. “Should have been using ecu,” one of them raised his concern about how Shedeur has been using the program to boost his fame.

To further pep up his craze among the fans, Shedeur also posted on X on July 16, dropping a question for his fans, “@EASPORTSCollege what’s the most used team on the game?  #LEGENDARY.” An enthusiastic fan dropped the famous GIF where Deion’s son flaunts his $70,000 stainless steel wristwatch studded with more than 30-carat diamonds. “Only answer,” a fan came up with an unmistakable tone.

Another fan confidently replied, “You already know #LEGENDARY,” as if it’s evident that no one will stand a chance in front of the Colorado Buffaloes now that they have come up with a revamped roster paired with Shedeur’s best form. A fan highlighted the QB’s impact on digital and real-life football fields, “Colorado. Shedeur Mode!” It is as if no other players will get to stand out in front of Shedeur, who is hailed as a top prospect in the NFL Draft 2025. Now that the Buffs get special treatment with Shedeur’s watch flex finding a place in the EA Sports CFB 25, the QB has already won hearts.
