Oh no! Though Travis Hunter is loaded with millions of dollars, he hardly expects his request to avail of a loan to be turned down. But the Well Off Media tycoon, Deion Sanders Jr., surprisingly did the impossible by rejecting the Buffs’ two-way phenom’s request for $50,000. As Well Off Media captured on YouTube, it was a request from one millionaire to another. Unfortunately, Hunter does not get any financial backing from Bucky.

But what might be the reason for the Buffs to need money direly? Is he broke by spending too much on the lavish presents he gifted to his fiancee, Leanna Lenee?

Deion Sanders Jr. encounters an unexpected request from Hunter

It’s difficult to move past the sight of Kahlil Benson at guard to ensure that no Buff takes the training sessions lightly. But Hunter did so and got time to breathe during the grueling training sessions. He then thought about using it wisely. Instead of sitting idle, the Buffs’ dual-threat had fun by pulling a prank. And who could be his easy target? Of course, Deion Sanders Jr. As captured in the video, while Bucky is too busy shooting the behind-the-scenes, Hunter comes up with a sweet request, “Bro, you can loan me 50,000,” only to be turned down.

Deion Jr. hardly expected Hunter, whose estimated NIL worth is $2.7 million, to ask for money. Instead of rejecting his request directly, Bucky, who has a net worth of $5 million, came up with a hilarious brief answer, “I am broke.” How ironic, isn’t it!? But what might be the reason Hunter lands in a financial crunch?

Hunter’s extravagant lifestyle is backed up by NIL supremacy

Hunter is the one person who never shies away from indulging in luxurious gifts. Last year, on fiancee Lenee’s birthday, the Buffs’ dual threat spoiled her with a Tesla. While the car itself costs a fortune, Hunter decided to add a touch of extravagance to it. Knowing that Lenee has a penchant for all things cute, for her 22nd birthday, he gifted her a Hello Kitty Tesla Model X valued at $130,740.

Months later, in April, the couple took a trip to Mexico during the spring break. Sharing snippets from the trip on their YouTube channel, Lenee couldn’t help but tease Hunter for losing money at the casino. “He lost like $200 in the casino. So he’s broke,” joked Lenee. But Hunter hardly cared about his losses; instead, he enjoyed the vacation as if it were no big deal. His NIL valuation is enough to bring Hunter financial reassurance.

As much as Hunter is a phenom in the field, his impact can also be felt in the NIL landscape. Even though he had a tough season last year, it did not stop him from bagging in $2.3 million from sponsorships and deals. Now wait as more lucrative deals pour in as he becomes the only Buffs to get featured on the EA Sports CFB 25 cover. Will he still need a loan?
