The April 20 X post from MLF Football added to the intrigue among fans with the caption, “REPORT: The #Bears decision should come down to Caleb Williams or JJ McCarthy for the 1st overall pick, an unnamed #NFL head coach said.” The mystery surrounding the identity of this influential figure, a mystery that only deepens as the draft approaches, is a source of great intrigue. 

It seems that the new Los Angeles Chargers HC is on a mission to promote the former Michigan quarterback and get him drafted elsewhere rather than bringing him into his program. All this is because, by hook or crook, Harbaugh wishes to draft Marvin Harrison Jr.. one of the first non-quarterback picks this season. Because the Bears own the Carolina Panthers’ first-round pick, they will be going for the best, none other than Williams.

Harbaugh may face a hurdle here, as the Chargers have the 5th pick this time. His strategy is to ensure that the quarterbacks, including Williams and McCarthy, are drafted by other teams, thereby clearing the path for him to draft Marvin Harrison Jr. as one of the first non-quarterback picks this season.

Among them is the sports analyst who came up with the name “Jim Harbaugh” in the comment section. Like him, another fan shared his surety about the man behind such action and commented, “Definitely Jim Harbaugh, LMAO.” Frustrated by Harbaugh’s cheap tactics to endorse McCarthy, a supposedly Bears fan placed a request pleading to the Chargers HC to stop such actions, “jim harbaugh needs to be stopped bruh.” 

However, some sections of the fandom refused to take Harbaugh’s prediction seriously and commented, “Hahahahahaha – what a joke.” A fan took the comment a bit far, foreseeing Harbaugh’s future and coaching role in threat if he continues making such opinions, “Soon to be an ex head coach with opinions like this”.
