As the property hits the market again, Deiondra Sanders took to Instagram to stroll down memory lane.

She recently took to her IG story to share nostalgia about her father’s formеr mansion, ‘Chatеau Montclair’. Thе sprawling 29,00 sqft. еstatе, situatеd on nеarly six acrеs and now listеd at $15 million, was where Deiondra spent hеr formativе yеars, creating countlеss mеmoriеs. This is also the house where she threw her graduation party and played fun games like beer pong with her friends.

Deiondra shared a glimpse of her sentimental journey, expressing, “I miss this home.” She was joined by her friend Ashley Applewhite and the reminiscing duo exchanged banter about the emotional impact of Sanders’ decision to sell the place. Ashley wrote, “Me too LMAO damn near cried when you said your daddy was moving.” 

The highlight of the trip down memory lane was Deiondra’s recollection of her graduation party. “Lol and the graduation party was lit,” she quipped, sparking memories of a night filled with celebration and youthful exuberance. However, the ‘Chateau Montclair’ has a tumultuous history, changing hands multiple times.

Dеion Sandеrs’ old mansion has bееn on the housing markеt for a while

The estate was originally across 112 acres and was sold by Sanders in 2014, leading to legal disputes. The mansion has undergone transformations, with the land now reduced to six acres. It was originally listed at $21 million but reportedly sold at $15 million in 2014.

The mansion boasts luxurious features, including a 14-car garage, 10 bedrooms, 10 and a half bathrooms, and a master suite with a jaw-dropping 3,000-square-foot custom closet. Outdoor amenities include a lake with a fountain and private dock, three swimming pools, two bowling lanes, an indoor basketball court, a theater, and even a barbershop.
