To ease the draft day nerves, Kuropas took to her Instagram to transport the fans right to the night of their engagement, when McCarthy popped the question with a breathtaking oval ring and when Kuropas said yes. “Throwback to these cuties to the night of their engagement. JJ made sure to let me know she said yes and sent me this sweet pic with her beautiful oval and cute pup,” the story the Kuropas reported read. She couldn’t contain her happiness as she captioned it, saying, “The best day ever.” 

It was, indeed, indeed a day for McCarthy fans to remember. With a brown beach as the perfect romantic backdrop, donning color coordinated outfits, JJ McCarthy went down on his knee to make his make his love for Kuropas permanent on January 20, 2024. “Me, You and Marley Forever and Ever,” captioned Kuropas, sharing a series of pictures flaunting her dainty band with an oval diamond adorning it, along with their pup, Marley on Instagram.

From the corridors of the Nazareth Academy in Illinois to the Hart Plaza, JJ McCarthy’s lady love has been right by his side supporting him. Fans, now await for it to work its magic for McCarthy when he needs it the most.

JJ McCarthy is one of the most anticipated picks teams and fans equally anticipate on April 25. On the one hand, it is rumored that the Vikings will trade up to land a quarterback, preferably McCarthy. Conversely, the Washington Commanders are rumored to draft JJ McCarthy since their meeting with Jayden Daniels didn’t go as smoothly.

If the Commanders play the cards their way, the teams who have been hot on McCarthy’s trail since the beginning of the NFL draft, like the Vikings, the Giants, and the Patriots, would have to go home with the QB available during their pick. Even if the Vikings secure trade-up wagering their resources, all of it will go down the drain if the Commanders pick McCarthy at pick No. 2.
