The pressure and promises under which Seaton has to perform is immeasurable.

Amidst all this, what might come as an intriguing fact is Seaton’s physical transformation. The five-star OT is endowed with the dream body profile for any NFL player, with football being an aggressive sport. But being 6-foot-6 and weighing 287 pounds, all with being quick on foot does not come easily. The transformation that Seaton has gone through is the backbone of all the praise he is getting today. Seaton shared his workout routine, the one that helped him get in the shape that many dream to be today.

Even though the routine was a quick 10-minute one, he incorporated plenty of sets and cardio to break out a good layer of sweat. The OT was focusing on chest and back as he kicked off with four sets of bench presses. Followed by some sets of overhead press for 20 reps with 70 pounds. Then he included some circuits focused on the back with variations of rowing and some lateral pull-downs to the checklist. Seaton finished off his workout with a mile long run cardio.

Going into the specifics with SI, Seaton spoke about him not shedding the weight, instead aiming to utilize it for his benefit. “I would run a mile every single day,” confessed Seaton. Further sharing the nitty gritty about his journey, he said, “I would lift every day. Go back home. I would only eat one meal and go back to the gym. I literally starved myself. No, like real life.” Speaking of food, Seaton also shared his diet as well.

Although Seaton was fasting then, he did have filling portions to maintain his weight. For the proteins, Seaton would mainly focus on chicken, with some fried rice on the side for the carbs. Fruits would be for snacks. While Gatorade and Propel were his go-to drinks.

“I’m fasting but I’m still gaining those calories that I’m losing the whole day,” he mentioned. All the years of commitment of burning it out paid off as he got to be the face of class of 2024 in one of the top colleges in the nation.
