O.J. Simpson has had a tumultuous life to say the least. Reportedly, the former Buffalo Bills running back who is also a pro football Hall of Famer has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The 76-year-old football legend owing to his serious condition, had been undergoing chemotherapy in Nevada.

There were many rumors and speculations regarding Simpson’s strain of cancer. Still, he has taken things into his own hands now and spoke about the rumors of him being in medical care in Las Vegas. Even though O.J. Simpson had said that the 49ers had let him down, he recently came onto Twitter to support them while talking about his health. He addresses the ‘issues’ in his latest Twitter video and clarifies the rumors in his own OJ way.

The 49ers and Chiefs had a blockbuster showdown in the NFL this February as the Super Bowl LVIII featured the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch on Feb 11. This colossal match garnered huge global attention and commercials. There was even a huge surge in ticket sales with almost a 175% increase compared to the last Superbowl game. Recently Simpson supported the 49ers while also talking about his health.

He addressed the ‘issue’ and said, “Uh my health is good; I mean I am dealing with some issues um but hey I think I am just about over it I mean I am back on that golf course hopefully in a couple of weeks.”

He thanked everyone who reached out to him and asked about his health. After addressing the issues about his diagnosis, the legend fast-forwarded to his opinion about the NFL games. Simpson was direct in saying that he saw a 24 to 20 win by the 49ers. He also predicted number 19 to be the champ in the game. As for the rumors about his prostate cancer, he just brushed through the topic but previously he had addressed the issue in more detail.

According to inside sources and Local 10 news, it was reported that Simpson has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and undergoing treatment in Las Vegas. This reported news spread like wildfire and football enthusiasts were engulfed in remorse and shock and refused to wait for the confirmation of the news from the legend.

He noticed that the matter was getting serious and took matters into his own hands. He appeared in good spirits in his video and he neither confirmed nor denied any of the rumors. Simpson was seen saying, “No I’m not in any hospice. I don’t know who put that out there.” He also shared a video in May 2023 where he briefly mentioned having caught cancer and shared his experience of the fight against the deadly disease.
