Aaron Rodgers talks about fitness
The NFL heavyweight said he is ready to take up more duties to test his limits. “A lot of times I sprint because you got to get the Pythagorean theorem. You better run just to get out of bounds. Sometimes I come out of the huddle and I’m like maybe bring a little heavy,” A-Rod added.
Meanwhile, he spoke about the post-game effects on his body. “The more difficult I think is Mondays and Tuesdays. But maybe easier it is to get through a Wednesday or a Thursday or a Friday if you are a little banked up because maybe you just level up a little more than 100 percent or you are 100 percent during the season. Looks and feel like so,” the superstar said.
