Dwayne ‘The Rock” Johnson visited Jackson State University (JSU) for a very special reason in July. The Rock met up with Coach Deion Sanders and had a special message for the JSU students. The Rock and Coach Prime addressed the students of the HBCU in the July heat.
The prestigious XFL came to Jackson State University with an interesting exhibition. The Rock imparted a very important message to the students and provided them with some important insight. Furthermore, the duo also had a fun session with the students at Jackson State.

Deion Sanders and the Rock inspire together
Recently, Prime Video released a docu-series with Coach Sanders which had an appearance of the Rock. Furthermore, the Rock shared an Instagram clip showcasing a short of the docu-series. In this short, the duo is seen imparting some wisdom to young bucks of the university. Notably, while the Rock was endorsing the upcoming docu-series, he had a hilarious crack in the Instagram caption that talked about both of their alma maters and said, “went to Miami – the U baby – and [Deion Sanders] went to Florida State, so already we got a problem” Despite the hilarious message in the caption, the duo said some inspiring words to the youngsters.

The duo spoke about the missed opportunities that existed in the NFL. They addressed the athletes’ woes of not getting enough attention and recognition, all while showcasing the benefits of the XFL. It is noteworthy that The Rock is a part-owner in the XFL. He interacted with the students and gave an inspirational speech about grinding hard and putting in work toward success. Furthermore, the Rock also endorsed Deion Sanders and his coaching methods in his caption and said, “Coach Prime is one of one GOATs and can’t wait to see the success and confidence he’s going to build.” It is interesting to see the praise Sanders got at Jackson when he received just the opposite in Colorado.

Sanders slandered in Colorado
After Sanders made a loud entrance at Colorado Bolder, he received a lot of flak. There was a lot of slander going about, questioning the method of Coach Prime and his words to his new athletes. Fans went absolutely crazy at his address to his new team, indicating an interesting future for Sanders at Colorado.
While he may have faced slander as he entered Colorado, Sanders has been an inspiring figure at Jackson. The docu-series and the endorsement from the Rock were just more proof of that. It remains to be seen if Coach Prime can have that same effect in Colorado.
