Although Brady, Rodgers Make the Cut, Missing Peyton Manning Doesn’t Sit Well With Colin Kaepernick’s Observers

Before he became a free agent, Colin Kaepernick was an emerging QB for the San Francisco 49ers. But since his premature departure from the league, he has become very controversial. He has gone on to make multiple statements that have gotten a lot of traction among fans. While he has multiple fans among the NFL community, he also has a lot of fans who don’t like him. And he is back with yet another controversial take.

Kaepernick recently went on to answer an intriguing question that he was asked during a Sports Illustrated interview. Furthermore, as he answered a controversial question, fans went on to comment on the kind of answer he had.

During his popular interview, Kaepernick was asked about his preferences. The question that he was asked was his top 5 quarterbacks of all time. The list that Kaepernick made was not one that fans were impressed with. He went on to put some interesting players on the list of the best quarterbacks of all time. There were the obvious choices of Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.

However, the QB also put up other players that were a little less expected by fans. He put up Randall Cunningham. Moreover, he also put-up Warren Moon on the list. And he ended the list with Super Bowl champion, Patrick Mahomes. Surprisingly, he did not put up the Sherriff, Peyton Manning on the list.

After the list went viral, there were a lot of explosive reactions from fans. They were very surprised that Kaepernick left out such a prominent QB off of the list while including the atypical choices.

Fans go crazy over Kaepernick’s list

NFL fans were very obviously in disagreement with the list Kaepernick put out. There was a large consensus among fans of the fact that Manning had been left out. One fan went on to say that any list without Manning is incomplete and said, “I’m sorry but any top 5 without Peyton Manning is invalid.”

Another fan went on to say how Kaepernick’s list is a disgrace and said, “Any list without manning is a disgrace.”

There was yet another comment about the invalidity of the list: “No manning, no Montana… got it. Can’t possibly imagine why.”

Additionally, one fan went on to say how Kaepernick’s inclusion of Rodgers was not very smart and said, “Manning > Rodgers.”

 Finally, one fan was appalled that he didn’t include Manning or Montana and said, “No Peyton or Montana….ok…..”

 All in all, fans were very disappointed with the kind of list that Kaepernick had released. They did not expect that a list of the top 5 QBs did not include the Sherriff.

It was very clear that fans were not happy with the fact that Kaepernick had what looked like a biased list. It only remains to be seen how his list will be further perceived by other NFL players.
