Drew Brees arrived in New Orleans back in 2006 as a free agent. He went on to establish himself as one of the greatest quarterbacks in New Orleans history, leading them to the Super Bowl in the 2009-10 season.

The highly-rated running back has been with the Saints since 2017. He recognized Drew Brees for his leadership abilities in the team locker room. But with his unforeseen retirement, there seems to be a void left in the team’s hierarchy.
