Veteran NFL figure Mike McCarthy endured a tough debut season as Dallas Cowboys Head Coach in 2020. After a poor start to their campaign, the NFC East franchise were dealt a major blow in Week 5 when Dak Prescott suffered a season-ending double compound fracture in the win over the New York Giants.
Despite starting just 5 games, Prescott finished his 2020 campaign with 1,800+ passing yards and 9 passing TDs. He played the 2020 season on a massive $34.1 million franchise tag.
But if reports are to be believed, he is going to be offered a multi-year extension in the build-up to the 2021 NFL season.
