The TB12 method consists of a lifestyle choice in terms of diet and exercise that has helped Brady maintain his career’s longevity. The key features of the diet include eating a mostly plant-based, organic diet plan. It has a lot of whole foods that are nutrient dense to include anti-inflammatory foods that help with recovery. While Rodgers doesn’t follow the TB12 diet, he is no slouch in taking care of his diet. He himself has a strict dietary regimen that he follows to ensure his peak performance on the field.

Rodgers’ brilliant diet plan

In the past, Rodgers has spoken about the kind of food he eats to ensure that he is at peak performance. He mentioned that he mainly follows a plant-based diet without any dairy. Unlike his old team’s fans, Rodgers is not a Cheesehead. He has stated in the past that dairy and cheese do not agree with him. However, the QB does indulge in chicken and red meat occasionally.
