Antonio Brown said, “Action Jackson. Let’s give Lamar Jackson his flowers. Shout out to Lamar Jackson, that’s it. Lamar Jackson is a great quarterback.” The Ravens quarterback responded by retweeting a video clip with a smiling purple devil emoji. His post indicates that such a union is possible and that he is eager to play with him.

Jackson has been one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Although his team, the Baltimore Ravens, couldn’t make it to the playoff round, Jackson’s stats were impressive. He made 2,882 passing yards, 16 passing touchdowns, and 16 interceptions, and covered 767 rushing yards, and 2 rushing touchdowns. Lamar’s season ended with a devastating ankle injury that he suffered in week 14 that ultimately ended his playoff run.

Antonio Brown has been without a team since he was cut by the Buccaneers. However, he wishes to make a return to the NFL and hopes to play alongside the Ravens quarterback. Additionally, Jackson’s response on Twitter suggests that he too wants a union with the former Buccaneers wide receiver. This duo can pose a serious threat to some of the league’s top teams if they decide to come together.
