Purdy showed exemplary composure until the NFC Championship game. However, Mr. Irrelevant and his team were not able to topple the Eagles. The young quarterback suffered a major injury in the NFC finals and had to be replaced. With the weight of the loss as well as the injury, Purdy will need all the support he can get.

Purdy seems to have suffered a horrible injury; a torn UCL in his throwing elbow and is expected to miss about 6 months of play. It seems like Purdy needs emotional support now more than ever. Thankfully, it seems like he has it in the form of his girlfriend. It remains to be seen how helpful his girlfriend’s support will be in his recovery.
