It is safe to say that Christian McCaffrey is a massive martial arts fan. Specifically, he is a huge admirer of the late Bruce Lee. Aside from being a martial artist, Lee was also known for some wise sayings.

McCaffrey is clearly inspired by one particular quote- “If I tell you I am good, probably you will say that I am boasting. But if I tell you I’m not good, you’ll know I’m lying.”

Putting these words into perspective, people could think that others who say they are good at what they do are merely being cocky. Moreover, on the other end of the spectrum, if they say that they are not as well-versed, then that is a bare-faced lie.

The 24-year-old is a star running back, as far as Madden is concerned. This is because EA Sports has deemed fit to give him a Madden rating of 99. To make matters even more surprising, it is set to be his base rating.

McCaffrey got a major boost back in Madden 20 when he was inducted into the 99 Club after just 10 games. Admirably, he became the youngest player to earn that rating at 23.

In just three NFL seasons, Christian McCaffrey has amassed the second-most receptions with 303. Furthermore, in 2019 he became the third player in league history to rack up 1,000 rushing yards and 1,000 receiving yards in a single season.

In the same year, he earned a spot on the AP All-Pro First Team selection. Interestingly, he got into the side in the running back and flex positions, and winning the NFL’s Fantasy Player of the Year award was simply the cherry on top.
