Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson made his comeback in the 2022-23 season after staying away from the game for almost 700 days due to suspension. However, his season ended quite early, as the Browns failed to qualify for the playoffs. In the meantime, he has been spending a lovely time with his model girlfriend, Jilly Anais. Following the latest social media trend, Anais shared a reel on her Instagram account, which garnered plenty of reactions from fans.

After seeing her post, many fans trolled Watson, as one user wrote, “Lemme find out Deshaun be simping lol.“

Some fans also pointed out that she picked all the expensive gifts from the options. “Notice how there was a expensive option and a cheap option and the expensive was picked every time lmaoooo,” another user wrote.

Meanwhile, one fan thought Anais could see through the cards. On the other hand, many fans thought she was with Watson just because of his money. “So relationships only matter to you if it involves money… gotcha. No money = no jilly, if he were to wake up broke somehow tomorrow,“ one fan wrote. One fan took a dig at Watson regarding his contract with the Browns and wrote, “This what $230M guaranteed looks like huh.“

“These comments are going to be limited real soon,” another fan said after seeing all the negative comments.

Anais stood by Watson despite his off-field controversies

It is worth noting that Watson missed the entire 2021 season after facing charges of sexual misconduct by 24 women. Then, the Texans traded him to the Browns, where he will earn around $230 million fully guaranteed for five seasons. The NFL then further suspended him for 11 games in the 2022-23 season.

Earlier in December, Watson made his return against his former team, the Texans, after serving his suspension. Although the Browns won the game, Watson’s performance was not impressive. In that game, the Texans crowd was also heavily booing and jeering him. However, Anais was proudly supporting Watson during that game. Notably, they started dating in 2019 and she stood by him despite his controversies. As for Watson, he is slowly getting out of his court cases, which should help him to focus on the next season with the Browns.
