It seemed to be yet another disappointing outing for the Dallas Cowboys as they were outplayed by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first quarter on Sunday. They succumbed to a 14-3 deficit at the end of the opening phase of the game and looked to be on the cusp of another loss. But the Cowboys defense along with QB Andy Dalton and RB Ezekiel Elliott had different plans.
The put up a strong display in the latter half of the game as they fought back to win this ‘NFC East derby’ by a comfortable 37-17 margin. Here’s what the under-fire Zeke Elliott said after their morale-boosting in Week 16.

Ezekiel Elliott put in a commanding display for the Cowboys after coming under major criticism in the build-up to yesterday’s game. “I felt healthy, I felt like myself,” he said. On 19 carries, Zeke rushed for 105 yards as the Cowboys wreaked havoc on their divisional rivals in Week 16.
