After her divorce from the NFL GOAT, Tom Brady, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel has been busy ever since. She took a trip to Costa Rica with her children, celebrated her daughter’s 10th birthday, and now the newly single supermodel added a new suave property to her real estate list. Gisele Bündchen bought an $11.5 million dollar mansion in Miami Beach. The luxurious property makes sits across from her former husband’s manly mansion. This makes them neighbors.

The mega-mansion has five bedrooms and spreads to 6,600 square feet. Gisele first viewed the property on August 16, days before Tom Brady went on an 11-day hiatus. Therefore, it shows that the supermodel was interested in the property for a long time.

Her new crib is under renovation. Thus, to supervise the construction work, the runway vixen made an appearance at her soon-to-be new house. Bündchen looked over and inspected the decoration of her house with workers.

The fashion icon wore classic blue jeans and a basic white T-shirt. While she stood at her home’s outdoor patio, she directed and talked to the workers. TB12’s house, which is under construction, is just a few meters away. An insider said that one can “swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other.” This will make co-parenting easier for the couple.

The model’s house has beautiful scenery. But that is not all. She gets to see a bird’s-eye view of Brady’s place; also, the mansion’s ceilings are 25 feet high. There is a pool, an at-home movie theatre, a fitness center, a playroom, and an eat-in kitchen that leads up to a patio.

Tampa Tom’s house is situated at Indian Creek and has a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay. His ex-wife’s new house is in Surfside. Along with this property, the Brazilian native also bought an art déco style cottage in the Surfside area for $1.25 million in February.
