Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams was on a roll in the league this year before last week’s injury against the Detroit Lions. The 27-year-old began the 2020 NFL season in an epic fashion against their NFC North rivals, Minnesota Vikings. Adams had 156 receiving yards and two TDs on 14 interceptions as the Packers started their campaign with a 43-34 win.
He started the next game against Matthew Stafford’s Detroit Lions but had to be withdrawn early with a hamstring niggle. Now, Green Bay Packers’ Head Coach, Matt LaFleur, revealed that Adams is ‘unlikely’ to feature in this weekend’s clash against the New Orleans Saints.

Davante has dealt with his fair share of hamstring struggles during his NFL career. After last week’s setback, Adams has not practiced with the team all week. Coach LaFleur will not want to make things worse by aggravating that injury on the weekend.

He had a combined tally of 230+ receiving and rushing yards. He also completed two rushing TDs on 18 carries.
