Coach Matt LaFleur will surely be delighted with his team’s display in the opening win against the Minnesota Vikings. There were some brilliant individual displays on Sunday in the form of Davante Adams, Allen Lazard, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Aaron Jones. But the standout performer on the day was veteran Green Bay Packers quarterback, Aaron Rodgers.
Rodgers was simply magnificent in the 43-34 win over the Vikings at the US Bank Stadium over the weekend. The 36-year-old completed 32 of his 44 attempted passes. He threw for a mammoth 354 yards and completed four passing TDs against zero interceptions.
Surely, he starts the season as one of the favorites to win yet another NFL MVP award.

Rodgers certainly impressed in the win over the Vikings. It will be tough to top that performance in Week Two. But if there’s any player in the NFL that can do that right now, it’s Rodgers himself.
