The Andy Reid-coached Kansas City Chiefs etched their names in Missouri folklore by beating the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl LIV at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Tyreek Hill grabbed headlines after some impressive displays in last year’s finale.
They helped the Chiefs win their first Super Bowl trophy since 1970, a gap of 50 years. They received a champion’s welcome during the victory parade along with their loyal fanbase. But the ‘Kings of KC’ might have a new challenger for their throne, and it is not a rival NFL team for once.

He said, “I am the entertainment you paid to see, but ABC gives it to you for free. So now I have a callout to give out to everyone from Kansas City.
“You guys know I’m the baddest man from Kansas City. The baddest middleweight in Missouri and this is one thing — it’s my time right now.
“I’m the king of Kansas City, I think they have to recognize that. They just have a little more followers than me So I think we need to compete against each other,” Marquez said after the fight.
Of course, 2019 Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes was the first to respond to the challenge. Here’s what he posted on Twitter earlier today.
