Who does not like winning a friendly bet against a confident friend? Well, this is what happened with the former New York Giants, Eli Manning! He gambled and fortunately won against one of the highest-grossing Hollywood actors, Ryan Reynolds. What did Manning receive as a reward for his victory?

Eli Manning and Shaun O’Hara hosted the premier episode of season 2 on the YouTube of the New York Giants. They invited Deadpool star, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. The stars indulged in a friendly banter. Then O’Hara reminded everybody about the game between the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets. The matchup took place in the foreign land of London. The Hollywood star, being a Green Bay fan, obviously wanted his team to win.

Seeing this, Eli Manning whipped up a bet. If the Packers failed to win the game, Reynolds will have to do fifty pushups. While the actor agreed with the best confidently, the former QB warned and told him to “choose wisely.

Unfortunately, the team Reynolds rooted for, sadly lost the game. Although Reynolds is a Canadian who grew up not following football, it was Aaron Rodgers who first introduced and invited him to his first Packers game. There, he also met the Hall of Fame Packer QB, Brett Favre. However, looks like his support for the team was a fickle choice. And now Eli is waiting on an unfulfilled promise!

Eli Manning won the bet!

Manning would be proud of his boys since the Jets helped him win the bet and saved him from doing pesky pushups. The young athletes of the NY Jets are making all the right difference.

Therefore, fans are certainly praying for Ryan Reynolds to post a video where he grunts while doing pushups fifty times!
