After leaving the NFL, Crews moved to Los Angeles with his family. He did what every aspiring movie star does: go to Hollywood. While on the show he spoke about his first job. He mentioned how it was offered to him by a temp agency. Furthermore, he said, “The first job I ever had was sweeping floors. That was the first job and where it was at a place it was at a temp agency and it was a place they sent me to factories. And they were like hey man you sweep up over here and they paid me literally at the end of the day. It was the kind of agency that paid you just daily. I was that broke I was that desperate but also I was that willing.”

While he may have struggled hard at first, Crews definitely hit the jackpot with his acting career. Moreover, he isn’t the only NFL player to make a debut on the big screen. There have been other legends of the league who’ve impressed fans with their theatricals.
