The Dallas Cowboys started their 2020 NFL campaign with high expectations from both, fans and critics. They appointed Mike McCarthy as their new head coach ahead of the 2020 NFL season. They also added a strong WR in the form of CeeDee Lamb. But their season did not go as per plan.
Dak Prescott was ruled out for the remainder of the season after a nasty double-compound fracture in Week 5. The Cowboys finished third in the NFC East above rivals Philadelphia Eagles, with a 6-10 record. They are expected to move in for a strong offensive weapon at the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft.

Popular ESPN reporter Chris Mortensen gave an update regarding the situation surrounding Dallas Cowboys and TE Kyle Pitts. He claimed that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is already ‘infatuated’ by the idea of drafting Pitts in the first round of the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft.
“We’re hearing this thing about Jerry Jones, the owner of the Cowboys — and the GM — being infatuated with Kyle Pitts. He’s going to have to trade up to get Kyle Pitts. He spent $40 million a year on Dak Prescott, so why not go get Kyle Pitts?” Mortensen said as per PFT.

Miami Dolphins are also reportedly eyeing Pitts. They’ve moved up the draft order taking over Philadelphia Eagles’ 6th overall pick. But should he remain available at number 10, make no mistake, he’s boarding the first flight to Texas this summer.
