Garoppolo almost choked out while speaking to the press. Since emotions are usually high after a win or a loss; thus, Garoppolo was struggling to hold back his emotions. Garoppolo said, “People wrote us off. We kept fighting. That’s what good teams do, that’s what tight brothers do. I’ve got no regrets for this year.”

At one point in the league, the San Francisco 49ers were 3-5 down, and people weren‘t expecting them to make it to the playoffs. Garoppolo said that they pushed through and with a bit of luck in their fate they made it all the way to the NFC Championship.

Garoppolo 2021 NFL season
In 2017, Jimmy Garoppolo was traded by New England Patriots to the Niners in exchange for the 2 round pick for the 2018 NFL Draft. Since then, he has been an asset to the team. The NFL-2021 season has been a roller-coaster ride for Niners quarterback. Garoppolo has made 3810 passing yards, 20 passing touchdowns, and 12 interceptions.
However, what highlighted his season was injuries and his late-game errors that cost him matches. In October 2021, he sustained a calf injury against the Seahawks and was sidelined for several weeks. However, he battled through the injury and led his team all the way to the NFC Championships.
