Even though Jackson has incredible slinging capabilities, his rushing speed and skill are on par with the best running backs in the league. However, it seems like he is ready to part ways with this method of playing. As per NBC Sports, Jackson has spoken about the change in style and termed it as “less running more throwing”.

Jackson’s running prowess

While he has mentioned that he wants to switch to a game with more throwing, Jackson did a lot of good with his own rushing. In his whole career, he has rushed for 4,437 yards. He has an average of rushing 63.4 yards per game. Furthermore, Jackson has even scored 24 touchdowns simply through rushing, which is huge for a quarterback.
