Since making his debut in 2009, Matthew Stafford has gone on to establish himself as one of the most consistent quarterbacks in the NFL over the last decade.
His best season as a Detroit Lions player came in 2011 when Stafford threw for 5,038 yards with 41 passing touchdowns. He sat out the 2019 season due to injuries but came back all guns blazing in 2020.
Stafford ended the season with 4,084 passing yards, 26 passing TDs, and 10 interceptions. After 11 seasons with the Lions, Stafford was allowed to move to NFC West franchise Los Angeles Rams this summer. He was part of a trade deal in exchange for Jared Goff, a 2021 3rd-round pick, and two 1st-round picks in 2022 and 2023.
