Miami Dolphins fans will be excited for more than the upcoming 2022 NFL campaign as the Australian Formula 1 driver Daniel Riccardo comes to town. Riccardo will be in Miami, Florida, a couple of days ahead of the inaugural Miami Grand Prix. But he seems more involved than ever before in a race as images of his custom helmet went viral.

This year, Riccardo will be driving for the McLaren Racing Team and has chosen an ‘Ace Ventura: Pet Detective’ inspired helmet design. The movie was originally shot in Miami, and the theme perfectly fits the occasion.

But apart from it, his helmet also dons the Miami Dolphins logo on the rear side of the helmet.

The Dolphins fans will be turning up in numbers to support Riccardo for his grandiose gesture. A clever helmet design, it also has a business card that says, “Daniel Ricciardo: Pet Detective.” Despite being far away from home, Riccardo is pulling every trick in the book to impress the Dolphins faithful.

How is the Miami Dolphins franchise preparing for the season ahead?

While the franchise didn’t have a lot to do during the 2022 NFL Draft, the acquisition of Tyreek Hill has brought back some attention to the franchise. The trade with the Kansas City Chiefs for the ‘Cheetah’ cost the Dolphins 5 draft picks, but they are in a good position going into next season. While they started poorly last season, the Dolphins showed fight in the second half but marginally fell short of making the playoffs.
