Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has been the standard for the standard of all NFL head coaches. The Steelers have been in the Super Bowl weekend background under Tomlin every season consistently. Pittsburgh is competitive every season and has become the team to beat for any franchise to earn their rings. With the victory over the Cleveland Browns on Monday, Tomlin secured his NFL-record 15th consecutive non-losing season.
The Steelers improved their record to 8-7-1 with one game remaining and postseason a real possibility. The late great Marty Schottenheimer held this honor by achieving the same during his time with the Browns and Chiefs from 1984 to ’97. Tomlin possesses a unique CV in the modern era because he was the youngest coach to win a Super Bowl at age 36.

He also became the 20th coach to accumulate 150 career game wins. The 49-year-old coach required only 232 games to attain 150 wins, making him the 4th fastest to reach the milestone.
