In a podcast, the Super Bowl champion explained the way he could achieve the ultimate form of self-love. What helped Rodgers is a form of psychedelic, ayahuasca. It is a brew that contains the hallucinogenic drug, DMT.

One of the primary focuses on bettering mental health is self-love. The four-time MVP champ uses the tea to generate “unconditional love” for himself. Aaron Rodgers said, “It’s only in that unconditional self-love that then I’m able to truly be able to unconditionally love others. And what better way to work on my mental health than to have an experience like that?”
The use of the tea has also taught A-Rod to show unconditional love for his team, as a great relationship among the team players is crucial. Ultimately, it looks like the usage of the psychedelic affected him in the most positive way.
