Aaron Rodgers has always been the center of attention. While it is true that he garners a lot of attention due to his football stardom, it is also due to his alternate ways of living. Old Man Rodgers is not just another ordinary athlete. He has showcased multiple times that he believes in taking different kinds of steps to live his life to the fullest. However, he might not want to be in the public eye for too long.

In his recent podcast appearance with Aubrey Marcus, the former NFL MVP discussed people who have commented on his darkness retreat. He made his feelings very clear while he spoke to Marcus.

Aaron Rodgers opens up about the Darkness retreat

The Green Bay Packers quarterback spoke about the different kinds of opinions people had on his darkness retreat. While he went on to speak about it on the podcast, he expressed his frustration with how people stated their opinions about his retreat. Rodgers made it very clear that the retreat was his way of learning how to make a decision for his future, and people’s opinions weren’t helping him.

He addressed how annoying it was when everyone speculated about him bailing on the retreat and making unnecessary speculations. In the podcast with Aubrey Marcus, he said, “I’m like shut the f**ck up. Stop, stop with the bulls**t. then it’s like oh then he’s going in on Thursday it’s like no I’m not.” 

Furthermore, Rodgers made it clear that the retreat was helpful for him. He went on to speak about the two different kinds of options that were presented in front of him after his retreat.

The paths Rodgers sees after the retreat

The star quarterback mentioned the different kinds of options that popped up in his mind. He also spoke about the two main options that appeared for his future. One major option was taking a step back from all the fame and retiring. The other that came to his mind was moving on from Wisconsin and playing for another team. He made it clear that the retreat helped him discover the answers he needed.

While Rodgers might have been angry at the people who had an opinion on Rodgers’ retreat, he made it clear that he has options. However, it seems like only time will tell what Rodgers will decide.
