This involves being in WWE’s Friday Night SmackDown and hosting one of the most popular talk shows. However, his beginning in the NFL isn’t what someone might actually think of.

McAfee has various fan bases in the sports industry. He is one of the most popular color commentators, showcasing a vibrant and hilarious attitude on the ringside. He has been a true trailblazer during his time in Indy city alongside NFL Icon Peyton Manning. As exciting as his sports media career has been, his NFL course is nothing less than stupendous.

McAfee calls that he was ‘Nervous as Hell’. He then mentions, “I didn’t even really know how to punt. And, on the other hand, I’m going to Peyton Manning’s team the first time I was in the building. Literally, you kind of get showcased around like a rookie, and I saw Peyton. there was this light around him, you know, he had these gators around his glasses, tacky shorts on, classic southern guy, and he comes over and he goes, ‘Hey Pal, I’m Peyton Manning.’ I’m like, I know. Thanks, “I’m Pat McAfee and I don’t know how to punt.”

As unbelievable as it may seem, McAfee became “The” punter and kick return expert, who also put together an extraordinary highlight reel, not something you’d expect from a gunner. McAfee retrieved his own onside kick, fake punted, and hit returning men with defensive tackle-level hits.
