The model had purchased a modest three-bedroom house near Miami Beach. The interesting fact about her new home is that Gisele has reported buying this house a lot before the divorce was public. She purchased this house on February 28 via an LLC. The house seems to be a far cry from the luxurious mansions that the model had lived in while being married.

However, the house has since been remodeled for the model’s needs. Speculation presented that this is likely to be a temporary residence for Gisele. While the model might have purchased her own house in Miami, she and Brady had been planning their megamansion in Miami. However, the construction on that had been halted. The abrupt announcement of divorce made sure of that. However, the model has purchased a house valued at $1.25 million a couple of blocks from the beach and the open ocean. While she has divorced the star quarterback, Gisele seems to be dedicated to living and enjoying her newfound singlehood in modest luxury.
