Mahomes and his men nailed the game in the OT. The game witnessed the highs and lows in scoring, and understandably, fans went through a range of emotions. The adrenaline rush is well-captured in a series of tweets by Mrs. Mahomes. 

The ardent observer reacted passionately, and her tweets echoed confidence that the Chiefs will win. 

But she does not like the pressure of OT.

She congratulated the defense on the win.

Patrick Mahomes leads the Chiefs’ comeback

At one stage, Chiefs and Mahomes looked down and out at 17-9. With seven minutes remaining, they faced an unfavorable result. However, Mahomes scrambled for 20 yards to keep the drive. It regained the Kansas hope. Later he hurried for a 14-yard TD and two-point conversion to knot the game 17 apiece. These moves in the dying minutes led to an overtime period. 

In the OT, PM15 set up a 28-yard field goal for Harrison Butker. From there, the defense took care of the rest. The spirited team sacked Malik Willis twice to ensure the win and move up to 6-2.
