There has been an outrage from one of the biggest legends of the Green Bay Packers. Brett Favre recently took to Twitter to comment on a recent incident that has happened surrounding Fox News. With the kinds of developments taking place at Fox News, recently, Favre is not happy. The ex-quarterback has even gone so far as to cause a lot of drama regarding people’s viewership of the news channel. Furthermore, his actions on Twitter have been reflective of his anger.

The Packers legend has been adamant about this after the channel parted ways with a controversially infamous host of theirs. Favre’s actions on Twitter also came with a resounding nod from a journalist.

An outrage from Brett Favre

Favre took to Twitter to express his outrage after FOX News parted ways with their conservative host, Tucker Carlson, about two weeks ago. Favre was angry with the fact that the news channel wasn’t letting him speak. He even re-tweeted a video from Megyn Kelly where she spoke about the negative impact the loss of Tucker will have on FOX.

He even went on to call out for a total boycott of FOX News. He showcased his full support for Tucker as well and said, “I’m with Tucker. Time to boycott Fox until they come to their senses and let the man speak.”  Interestingly, Favre’s dislike of FOX News coincided with Brady’s confused direction in terms of his career.

After retiring from the game,  Tom Brady was supposed to commit to a 10-year-long contract with FOX Sports after he retired. However, there is a chance that Brady might not pursue this direction in his career.

Brady was initially supposed to join up with FOX Spots as soon as he decided to retire. However, he decided that he would join them in 2024. However, there have been some recent rumors about how Brady might turn this down due to the logistical and travel reasons that come along with working for FOX News. This news went viral on Twitter via Dov Kleiman. Kleiman cited Andrew Marchand who claimed that Brady is 51% more likely to walk away from the 10-year, $375 million deal.

Interestingly, these rumors came only a few days before Favre decided to announce his dislike for the news channel. It only remains to be seen if there is any connection between Favre’s hate and the sudden Brady rumors.
