Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen made appearances in public without their wedding bands. The NFL power couple even hired divorce attorneys, should the two move in that direction. Since the couple boasts a combined net worth of $650 million, many wonder what will happen to their multi-million dollar empire. What would happen to their recent massive spending if they went through with their divorce plan?

The news of their crumbling marriage was on the rise after the NFL GOAT took leave for eleven days from the Tampa Bay training camp. Some sources claim, Tampa Tom spent a portion of his leave in the Bahamas with his family as a part of a promise he made to them. However, after his return, there were telltale signs of their marriage going haywire.

The once happily married couple is now seen without each other. Paparazzi shot Gisele Bündchen without her wedding band, and so was Brady. The NFL quarterback and the former runway model do not reside together. And now news came out about what was going to be their “forever marriage home“. Because of an impending divorce, the construction of their mega-luxurious mansion stopped.

The restriction of further construction also came partly because of Hurricane Ian. Brady and Bündchen did not make any new decisions regarding their new home. “There is no telling what they will do with what was supposed to be their forever marriage home,” an insider reported. If the 45-year-old star QB and former Victoria’s Secret angel finalize their divorce, one or both of them will forfeit a lavish mansion.

According to sources, Tom Brady and Bündchen spent an additional $10.12 million on the building on top of the $17 million they paid for the site.

They planned three structures for the unfinished 1.8-acre site. It is in the exclusive Indian Creek Country Club neighborhood: a custom-built two-story main home, a cutting-edge security post, and a fully functional gym.

The primary property alone would be 17,000 square feet in size. And will have five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, including roomy his-and-hers bathroom suites. According to the blueprints, the family house would have a prep kitchen. Besides the main kitchen, an elevator, a movie theater, an office, a study, and a playroom.

Many sports courts, including a pickleball court, an enormous grass, an outdoor kitchen, an eating area, an organic garden, a yoga terrace, a meditation garden, a staff entryway, a garbage enclosure, a motor court, a pool, a cabana, and a hot tub are among the outside facilities. The house is located at the most exclusive location in the world, called the “Billionaire Bunker“.
