Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady while returning next season for his 23rd NFL campaign, revealed his retirement plans recently. On Wednesday, while talking publicly for the first time since his retirement decision, Brady reveals, “At this stage, it’s like 55% yes and 45% no. It’s not 100-0. That’s just the reality. It’s not that I’m not 100% committed, it’s just as soon as I make the commitment to do it, it’s like, ‘Ugh. All right, here we go.’

The 15-time Pro Bowler made his comments in a roundtable interview that aired on TNT following Capital One’s The Match golf exhibition. He compares the rush to make a decision similar to running a marathon and how he needs to be ready in every way possible. He adds that while he was facing some pressure, his conversations with the team and the organization was key in his return.
